IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FLEXIBILITY: No Cluego staff will be there to start or end the game for you. You are completely free to choose the day and time that best suits you to begin your adventure.
DIFFICULTY: All puzzles come with hints to help you solve them. Additionally, you can always skip the puzzles.
WEATHER: In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you can pause the game and resume it later or on a different day.
ENTRANCE FEES: No part of the route requires the purchase of an admission ticket. Admission to monuments or museums is not included in the Cluego trail, so it’s important to plan separate visits if you wish to see them.
GAME HOURS: We recommend playing during daylight hours, as some details related to the puzzles may be difficult to see in low light.
CODE VALIDITY: Once purchased, the game code can be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date. Once the game code has been activated on our web app, the trail must be completed within 10 days.
VISIT: The trail takes place entirely outdoors, which means that each stop can be visited at any time. However, some of them may have specific times that are best for fully enjoying them, such as during market hours or when certain venues are open.

Once you’ve purchased the game code, you can start playing at any time. There are no restrictions on the days or times you can begin the game, and you can complete it at any time within 10 days of activating the game code.

The ClueGo Ancona trail covers a walking distance of about 3–4 km and takes 2 to 3 hours to complete without breaks. However, you can take as much time as you need to complete the trail at your own pace (even over several days).

Each game code is valid for a group of 1 to 5 people. You can purchase multiple codes depending on the number of participants (special rates apply for large groups of more than 15 people).
