ClueGo offers digital, self-guided interactive tourist experiences.

2. Purchase and access

The service is provided immediately after payment.

3. License to use

The purchase grants a license that is:

  • personal

  • non-transferable

  • non-commercial

4. Prohibited actions

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • copy any content

  • share game codes

  • publish texts or puzzles

  • resell the service

5. Intellectual property

All content is protected by copyright and belongs to ClueGo.
Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws.

6. Service duration

  • Game code validity: 6 months

  • After code activation: 10 days to complete the experience

7. Liability

The user uses the service at their own risk.
ClueGo is not responsible for:

  • accidents

  • improper use

  • technical issues of the user’s device

8. Minors

Minors must use the service under adult supervision.

9. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

10. Governing law

Italian law applies.

11. Jurisdiction

Court of Modena, Italy.
